There have been a lot of mentions by employers or managers to their employees to do “smart work” or “hard work” or in some cases “smart AND hard work”. This has somewhat become quite most abused term by employers, merely just to suck out few extra hours of employees’ personal life to achieve unrealistic goals. I mean, if you realize that someone is working hard, did you not know of their smartness when you interviewed him. Or if someone is working so smart that you tend to realize he’s not working enough or having spare time, don’t you see that the guy has actually learned to make a 30 second masterpiece.
Work Hard? Work Smart? Oh wait…
